About Me

I grew up in the natural health industry as my mom is a natural health therapist. I have used natural treatments and remedies all my life. I first studied specialized kinesiology aka muscle testing. I was then introduced to energy and frequencies when doing some of my own personal healing. This led me to study bioenergy therapy with NES Health. I then became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as I realized how important a healthy diet is to our overall well being. Most recently I studied live cell microscopy at Health House. Being able to see your blood live in such detail is an amazing resource for me to help my clients. I feel that all of my therapies truly complement each other.

Holistic Nutrition

Our health is more susceptible than ever before in history. Chronic illness is the most wide spread issue of our time. When looking at your health the best place to start healing is with good nutrition.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist I can assess your overall health including diet, supplements, exercise and lifestyle and make recommendations to help you feel better and live a healthier and happier life.

There is an old saying...”you are what you eat”. Whether you choose to eat a healthy or unhealthy diet, your health will be reflection of that.

Live Cell Microscopy

Live cell microscopy is looking at your health from the smallest “cellular level” which is normally missed by all other therapies.

Live blood analysis differs from traditional medical blood testing in which preserved blood is sent to a laboratory and analyzed for chemical composition and cell counts. Live blood work involves magnifying a single living drop of blood, taken from a fingertip prick, to 1,000 times or more under a microscope. The cells of the blood live for at least 20 minutes and with the aid of a video camera, are observed on a monitor, revealing abnormalities missed by laboratory blood tests. Live blood analysis can reveal distortion of red blood cells which reflect nutrition status, especially low levels of iron, protein, vitamin B12, folic acid and fatty acids. Incomplete or delayed digestion of fats and proteins can also be observed. In addition, liver stress and undesirable bacterial and fungal by-products may be revealed. The live blood acts as an educational “feedback system”, motivating people to improve their diet, possibly with the addition of nutritional supplements. Positive changes in the structure of the blood cells can be viewed over time, usually a period of months, as improved nutrition impacts the blood.

Certified Bioenergy Practitioner - NES Health

The simplest way to explain NES Health is that it’s a 3 step natural health system that can tell you what’s going on with your body physically, mentally and emotionally. The first step is simply placing your hand on a scanning device and in seconds the software returns more than 150 results about your body and energy field in extreme detail. These include: Major organs and organ systems, environmental influences, such as toxins and electromagnetic fields, nutritional influences, musculoskeletal system, emotions, including trauma and shock.

The second step to the system involves used a hand held pulsed electromagnetic field device called the Mi Health to remove energetic blockages in the body field which will be indicated by the software.

The third and final step to the system is using information drops, called infoceuticals in mineral water to correct imbalances in the body. For example, if someone had a high priority reading for liver, there is a specific infoceutical with corrective information for the liver.

Infoceuticals are purchased from me at my cost.

Allergy/Sensitivity Testing

I offer testing for allergies and sensitivities through the use of muscle testing.

Many of our physical ailments have an underlying allergic basis, most due to food and environmental allergies. Tissues that are not functioning adequately can be restored to normal function once an allergic substance has been identified and eliminated. The symptoms may include: headaches, arthritis, digestive problems, fatigue, rashes, bloating, cramps, insomnia, bad breath, memory loss, depression and weight gain.

When most of us hear the term allergy testing, we think of the medical approach using a ‘scratch test’, needles or fasting. These are very invasive and time consuming methods.

Applied Kinesiology or muscle testing is a system of obtaining feedback in order to examine the current functioning of someone’s body. We are able to demonstrate that many foods and other substances that you may have thought were harmless or beneficial, are actually not good for you.

The procedure for muscle testing is you are given a vial with a substance to hold. You extend the other arm and are asked to keep it straight. The practitioner presses down on this arm very gently. If the substance is something you need, you’ll be able to resist the downward pressure and hold your arm rigid. If not, the arm will drop. In other words, if you are exposed to the energy field of a substance to which you are allergic, it disturbs your energy flow. This energy disturbance is manifested in the form of a weakened muscle.

We can muscle test for anything. Some examples include foods, food additives, supplements, fungus, metals, pollens, chemicals, viruses, herbs, hormones and more.

This is a wonderful method of allergy testing for children and infants as it is safe, easy and non-invasive. ‘Surrogate’ or substitute testing is done with very young children and infants and is an amazing and invaluable technique for checking their allergies and dietary needs. The third person, usually a parent, can be the surrogate.

If a person’s general health improves, allergens that once had a negative effect may no longer be a problem, and the opposite—when we’re ill, our resistance and tolerance to allergens decreases. Re-checking from time to time is a good idea since dietary and supplemental needs vary with the health condition and age.
